I Remember Those Button Mashing Days

November’s here, which means there’s only 2 months left in the year. If it’s getting colder where you are, be sure you stay warm―unlike our robots, us robot trainers can actually catch colds!

Are you all getting used to the new count-out recovery system? I’ll tell you, my fingers sure are glad. I mean, when I was younger, I was all about button mashing…so it’s a great change now that my mashing skills have dwindled over the years. But now it’s important to know WHEN to push the buttons, which definitely makes things exciting.

In my next post, I’ll be giving a sneak peek at the next update package. I’m sure you trainers are looking forward to hearing about it, so stay tuned!

New 1st Anniversary Content to be Released 11/9

We know our PlayStation(R)3 users have been looking forward to getting new content for a while now, so we’d like to announce that the first update celebrating the game’s 1st year anniversary is planned for this Friday, 11/9.

In addition to new robot assembly parts and tech moves, this release will also contain the KO Rules Arena, which allows you to enjoy high-energy fights that dispense with count-outs and intervals.

We’re also happy to announce that the 11/9 update will include 3 powerful new robot head parts, available to download for FREE! You can get these parts by selecting “DOWNLOAD CONTENT” from the game’s top menu, going to “OTHER”, and then downloading “UPDATE PACKAGE 3”.

The Real Steel game continues to evolve even a year after its release―and we hope you enjoy the new additions!
